Audi driver in Oldham allegedly using phone has car seized

A driver of an Audi has had their car seized in Oldham after they were allegedly using their phone while behind the wheel.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) shared a post on their traffic social media page on Wednesday (September 21) showing the gray Audi A4 on a car carrier trailer.

In the caption, the police said the motorist had been spotted by the police ‘using their mobile phone while they were driving’.

When the police pulled the driver over, it was found that the driver did not have insurance for their car and they only had their license for 12 months.

GMP said the vehicle was seized and the driver was reported for a summons to court.
