totals from 1 to 1.5 inches are likely, with localized totals to 2

Bucks, and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...From 6 PM EDT this evening through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Heavy rainfall rates of 1/4 to 1/2 inch for several hours and
rainfall totals of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible.
