Man charged with drugs offens after car is stopped by police in Lichfield

A man has been charged with drug offenses after his car was stopped in Lichfield.

Police pulled over the black Ford Fusion on Grange Lane at 4.40pm on Monday (20th June).

Kadeem Lemar Delisle, 26, of Hindhead Road, Yardley Wood, Birmingham, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin, crack cocaine and supply of a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis, and possession of a controlled drug of Class A – MDMA – and a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.

He was also charged with driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place driving without third party insurance.

Other charges include:

  • Possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – crack cocaine and heroin after being arrested in Cannock in December
  • Driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, driving while disqualified, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and using a handheld mobile phone / device while driving a motor vehicle on a road, after being arrested in Burntwood in April.

He appeared before magistrates at the North Staffordshire Justice Center yesterday (22nd June).
